DIRECTIONS
- Thoroughly clean your nose before using the product.
- Shake the bottle.
- Remove the protective cap.
- Press the sprayer until a fine mist of product appears.
- Insert the nozzle into one nostril and press on the sprayer to apply 2 sprays in each nostril while breathing in slightly.
